Cold

Cold is a related term used to denote a low temperature? Cold is not something which is produced, but quite a heat is extracted and the resulting condition is called cold. A refrigerator produces a form called “cold” by the procedure of extracting or moving heat from the interior of the refrigerator cupboard. 

The refrigerator does not destroy the heat but rather pumps the high temperature from the inside of the box to the outside. High temperature and cold are conflicting ends of the same thing. It may be pointed out here that high temperature cannot travel from a cold body to a hot body but forever travels from a body of higher temperature to a substance at a lower temperature.
